Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date
- Remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment plans
- Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund (minus deposit) if cancelled 30+ days before the event
- 50% refund if cancelled 15-29 days before the event
- No refund for cancellations within 14 days of the event
- Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

- All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of Armando Leyva Photography
- License for personal use is granted upon full payment

- Initial previews within 1-2 weeks of the session/event
- Final edited photos delivered within 4-6 weeks
- Video content delivered within 6-8 weeks
